Gulf Apostille provides document apostille, authentication, and related processing services. We act as your facilitator to help prepare, submit, and retrieve documents from state, federal, and consular offices. We do not provide legal advice.

Gulf Apostille is not a law firm, and none of our services should be interpreted as legal advice. We do not represent clients in court or provide legal interpretation. Any decisions you make regarding your documents or international use are your responsibility.
3. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or rejection by government agencies. We are not responsible for processing issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Document Handling
When you send documents to us (physically or digitally), you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with mail carriers, third‑party processors, and government office delays. We handle documents with care but cannot guarantee processing timelines controlled by government agencies.
5. Fees and Payments
- Service fees must be paid before processing begins unless otherwise agreed.
- Government fees are separate and non‑refundable.
- Rush service availability depends on government office timelines.
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued once work has started.
- Government fees are non‑refundable under all circumstances.
- If a document is rejected due to incorrect information you provided, no refund will be issued.
7. Processing Times
All time estimates are approximate. Delays may occur due to:

- Holidays or office closures
- High‑volume periods
- Required document corrections
We will update you when your case moves to the next step.
8. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing correct documents and information
- Responding promptly to communication
- Sending documents using reliable mail carriers
- Understanding your destination country’s requirements
9. Limitation of Liability
Gulf Apostille is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays, lost mail, courier issues, or government errors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

By contacting us or submitting documents, you consent to receive communication via email, SMS, and phone for service updates, instructions, and required notices.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Right to Refuse Service
Gulf Apostille reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion, including situations involving suspected fraud, incomplete documentation, abusive behavior, or non‑compliance with our procedures. Any fees paid for work not yet started will be refunded.

Processing requirements may change based on state, federal, or consular regulations. Gulf Apostille may update procedures, timelines, or pricing at any time to reflect changes in government policies or office availability.
15. Electronic Communications Consent
By using our services, you agree to receive all communication electronically, including email notifications, document instructions, confirmations, and status updates. You agree that electronic communication satisfies any legal requirement for written communication.
