Start Your Apostille or Authentication Request
To begin, please complete the short request form below. This helps us confirm the correct service, fees, and timeline for your documents.
After you submit the form, you’ll be taken to the secure upload step.
We do not accept walk-ins or unscheduled mail. Starting with the request form ensures we can confirm eligibility, fees, and the exact process before you send any original documents.
What Happens After You Submit the Form
We Review Your Information
Our team reviews your request details and documents to confirm whether you need a Texas apostille, federal apostille, or authentication with embassy legalization.
We Confirm the Correct Path & Fees
We verify eligibility, required notarization or certified copies, and any specific country requirements. Then we send you a clear summary with fees, timeline, and next steps.
You Approve & We Begin Processing
Once you approve the plan, we guide you through mailing or dropping off originals (if needed) and begin processing with the appropriate state, federal, and consular offices.
In-Person Drop-Off vs Mail-In Cases
In-Person Drop-Off (Greater Houston Area)
In-person services are available by appointment only after we review your request form.
- Available for clients in Greater Houston, Spring, and The Woodlands
- We confirm which documents and IDs to bring before your visit
- Only requested originals are brought to your appointment
Mail-In Clients (Outside Houston / Out of State)
If you are not local, we handle your case entirely by email and mail after you submit the request form and upload your documents.
- You start with the online request form on this page
- We email detailed mailing instructions and a case reference number
- Unannounced mail without a file number may be delayed or returned
Typical Review Time
We usually review new requests within 1 business day (Monday–Friday) during normal business hours. More complex cases (federal documents, multiple countries, consulate legalizations) may require additional time to confirm each step.
If you have a deadline, mention it in the notes section of the form. We will let you know what is realistically possible before you commit.
